Val-Dieu Tripel
This, my first Val Dieu, came to me completely un-carbonated. I don’t know if they forgot to put in dextrose for the bottling phase, or if we somehow had a leaky cork. Either way, I had to pour it all down the drain, and this is something that I don’t like to do. It will be difficult for me to forget this transgression. So, Val Dieu, if you happen to read this – feel free to send me a free selection of your beers to heal my aching wound, and I’ll provide you with a proper review.
