Schwelmer Hefeweizen
While not the best weiss-beer I’ve tasted, this is an enjoyable brew. Schwelmer’s is an unfiltered wheat, which is always preferred – the color and flavor of the brew is reminiscent of citrus. The taste, while not as sweet as my favorite weiss-beers, nevertheless satisfies. I would happily enjoy this brew again – but, it wouldn’t be the first beer I reach for when choosing a hefeweizen
